When Broadoak were appointed, the development had extensive operational difficulties following poor performance of the previous commercial and residential managing agents. The residential service charge debt exceeded £1.5 million and services were in danger of withdrawal due to non-payment. Broadoak identified the problems quickly, arranged meetings with the suppliers to agree a plan to accommodate staged payments and immediately set to work on recovering service charge arrears.
