Any role within our business is underpinned by these values and our recruitment looks for applicants to demonstrate these during the interview process.

It is essential for applicants to hold Property Management qualifications (IRPM) especially for Property Manager positions, however this is not necessarily the case for other roles within Broadoak. Applicants must be able to demonstrate key skills and competencies and if successful in securing a position, attain IRPM qualification within the first year.
