SIMON SPAVINS
Managing Director
Simon Spavins started his career in Property Management in 1996 and gained experience in working in a number of senior roles before creating Broadoak Management Limited in 2007.
A member of the IRPM Simon specialises in the management of complex developments where increased personal attention is required. Simon is passionate about new business projects, identifying potential management issues and areas that can be improved.
Simon plays rugby every week for Ampthill RUFC Jets, despite his age (!), and is actively involved in the local community by coaching rugby to the U14’s Squad. He also takes part in the occasional Triathlon!
TRACEY MCCABE
Director
Tracey McCabe joined Broadoak in January 2014 in the capacity of Operations Director, as a result of continued business growth and to ensure and exceed service delivery in all areas. Tracey has previously headed up a New Business and later, Customer Service teams for a large managing agent, winning the Customer Service award at the “News on the Block” industry event. Tracey is passionate about good service and communications which has enhanced our approach and set us aside from competitors.
In her spare time Tracey enjoys swimming and is often in the pool at 6am in the morning for an hour before work!
